Life After Residency (LAR) is a free program designed for PGY-2 emergency medicine residents navigating the transition from training into the next phase of their careers. Hosted by FCEP, LAR creates a space to ask real questions, build confidence, and connect with peers who are figuring it out too. This event blends practical guidance with honest conversation—focused on career pathways, professional identity, leadership growth, and sustaining yourself in the field.
