Hello from AdventHealth East Orlando!

Exciting updates from our residency family: we’ve increased our residency family size (from 6 to 8 residents per class, and maybe soon to 12 per year). Our residents and attendings presented over 80 posters, workshops, didactic sessions, and other scholarly works at state, regional, national, and international conferences in the past academic year, as well as too many podcasts to count (EM Over Easy, EMRA*Cast, Hippo Education, and more).

Also, we have a brand-new fellowship in EM Administration/Observation – one of the first in the nation with a heavy focus on ED Observation. Two of our program leaders have received the prestigious ACEP National Emergency Medicine Faculty Teaching Awards in the past two years, and our weekly conference focus on gamification and fun/interactive medical education is keeping both well-studied and entertained!
