Oak Hill Hospital: Summer 2021
Hello from Oak Hill! We’ve had an incredibly busy spring and we’re excited for summer to arrive. First, we would like to announce the graduation of our inaugural class. Last month, residents and faculty enjoyed dinner together to celebrate the occasion. Congratulations to all: we’re so proud of you, and wish you nothing but the best in your careers going forward.
We’re also happy to announce that we have chosen our new chief residents for the upcoming academic year. Congratulations to Dr. Rondon and Dr. Bencomo! We’re thrilled to see what ideas our new chiefs will bring to the program. Best of luck to both of you!
The Class of 2024 began their residency journey on July 1 with a field day! We have several team-building events scheduled to help welcome the new intern class to the Oak Hill family.
Construction of our new ED continues to grow closer to completion. The new building is starting to take shape, and we’ve gotten a glimpse into what the future holds. We are scheduled to move into the new facility by winter. We’ve also made headway in the expansion of the GME building, which will include a new resident wellness area. A lot is happening at Oak Hill, so stay tuned for more updates!
