Orlando, Fla – The Florida College of Emergency Physicians (FCEP) and the Florida Emergency Medicine Foundation (FEMF), two nonprofit organizations located at the Emergency Medicine Learning & Resource Center (EMLRC), are proud to announce Melissa Keahey as Interim Executive Director.

Collectively, she has over 10 years of experience in the Florida nonprofit healthcare sector and 20 years of experience in program development for nonprofits and associations.

FCEP, a state chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians, is a membership association representing the best interests of Florida’s emergency physicians and the 9 million patients they serve in emergency departments and beyond every year. Its foundation, FEMF, serves the entire community of emergency care providers through continuing education and events. Together, FCEP and FEMF support the health and safety of the public by providing the emergency medicine community with the necessary tools to deliver high quality patient care 24/7/365.
